Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes and oud oil, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
